MMK Civils and Surfacing have purchased this new DAF 18t tipper with full tarmac specification to assist with our groundworks and surfacing works. The tipper has been built to our specification to include :
- Fully Insulated Tipper to ensure the highest quality of high temperature Asphalt is installed on our projects
- Rear chutes for the smaller jobs where our teams are required to hand lay the material and therefore the rest of the material is contained within the tipper to maintain the correct temperature for use when required
- Chapter 8 chevrons for works within the Highways / Traffic sensitive areas
- Rear work lights
- Asphalt waterproof easy sheet to cover the Asphalt from the Asphalt plant to the job site, again maintaining temperature of the material and ensuring any rain does not contaminate /cool the material
