Vehicle Sales & Service Depot Drainage & Resurfacing, Northampton

This is a project we have completed in Northampton for a repeat client.

The premises is a busy vehicle sales and service business in Northampton, and therefore initially contacted us to enquire what we would suggest to resurface the rear yard area with minimal disruption to the business.

From our site visit / survey we established that there would be new surface water drainage required, including new and replacement linear drainage channels, breaking out and regulating of failed areas and high spots on the existing surfacing, so we offered a solution of completing the drainage, regulating, and tack coat and resurfacing over two weekends.

Our estimating team sent a competitive quote to suit the working requirements, and the client agreed to proceed.

The area was then prepared and a tack / bond coat applied, and surfaced with an SMA surface course asphalt due to its enhanced durability and resistance to harsh environments compared to standard asphalt road mixes.
