NHS Community Diagnostics Centre, Northampton – Groundworks & Surfacing

MMK Civil Engineers & Surfacing Ltd have completed the Groundworks and Surfacing works at this NHS Community Diagnostic Centre in Northampton for an existing client.

Works consisted of:

• Replacement of an existing slabbed footpath, with the new footpath levels adjusted and widened
• Removal of redundant PCC edgings at various locations and infilling with topsoil
• Construction of a new cycle hoop stand concrete base (reinforced brush finished concrete)
• Construction of a new slabbed footpath with new PCC edgings, and 600mm x 600mm paving slabs
• Removal and relocation of existing NHS signage
• Removal of existing hand rails and making good of the block paving

This is another project for an existing client, on another NHS project, we recently completed a full Groundworks, Civil Engineering & Surfacing package at Kettering General Hospital for the same client.
