On this project, we removed the old fencing and replaced with new close board fencing with heavy duty concrete posts, completed a new vehicle crossover/drop kerb to Northamptonshire council standards, and resurfaced the whole front area with a new resin bound gravel surface in Springtime blend, which included a permeable sub base and an open grade asphalt / tarmac base course to give a strong foundation for the driveway and side access.
